Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Hope everyone has a great Turkey day today!

A list of a few of the things I'm thankful for:

- Close family and friends
- A great job that I actually enjoy doing
- My health (generally speaking)
- Memorable experiences

Of course there's a lot more I'm thankful for but you get the gist.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Best. Survivor. Ever.

Just got done watching my DVR of this week's Survivor:Gabon....and it was the best episode ever. Don't wanna give it away if you haven't watched it yet, but the person who got the boot this week so deserved it and it was glorious to watch. Talk about surprise ending! For the bootee, anyway...the audience was clued in on to who it would be and it was played out perfectly. I freakin' love it!

Gotta love the blindside boots 4 weeks in a row! Genius! And not to mention a certain someone yelling out her comments as she wrote the name down during Tribal Council. Classic and hilarious!

Free Ticket To Manila?

Just saw this Hawaiian Airlines promotion.

For each interisland ticket bought between now and June 4, 2009, you will receive a 10% discount off of a round trip ticket to Manila. So if you purchase 10 interisland round trip tickets, that's 100% off....or FREE!

Since I travel to Maui for work every 2 weeks and will probably be doing so from now until May 2009....that's 6 months at 2 trips per month...12 trips! Free trip to Manila! Woohoo!

I'd love to travel to different countries and if it's with free airfare...hellz yeah!

Visa Waiver for Korean Visitors in Effect

Forgot to mention this little news bit. The visa waiver for Korean visitors went into effect this past Monday. In the past, visitors from Korea were required to acquire a visa to enter the US. Since getting this visa was many times a lengthy and complicated process, many travelers decided to forgo the regimen and visit similar tropic locations such as Guam, Saipan, and Thailand instead of Hawaii.

But now they will be allowed to enter Hawaii with just their passports, as long as they're equipped with a new electronic chip. I believe they're allowed to stay for up to as long as 90 days. The installation of this visa waiver program will no doubt dramatically increase the number of visitors from Korea, thus stimulating our economy in more ways than one might initially think. And yes, we could all use an economic boost during these crucial times.

The first man to land in Honolulu through the visa waiver program was bestowed with many gifts from local Korean businesses such as free rounds of golf at Coral Creek golf course and a free stay at Waikiki Resort Hotel. Not bad!

Headshots

Took some headshots just for fun a few days ago. Nothing professional, just amateur work from a buddy of mine in his kitchen. But I think he did really well considering the gonzo type setup. Thanks MP! We'll see if this leads anywhere....

The Kramers look....classic! LOL

Went to Palama Market yesterday and learned that they're having a huge sale. 25% off everything in the store! That's a pretty damn good deal.

This sale is only until tomorrow so hurry down there if you need some Korean food or products!
