Congratulations Michelle!

Congratulations to Michelle Wie for making her first cut in a men's tournament. She scored a 69 in the 2nd round of the SK Telcom Open in Korea to follow up her first round 70. She is now at 5 under and in a tie for 17th, 6 strokes behind the leaders.

While it isn't a groundbreaking accomplishment (LPGA golfer Se Ri Pak finished in 10th place in a men's Korean tournament in 2003), it's still another rung climbed on her ladder to better and higher goals. Good for her. Hopefully she'll finish strong and maybe even contend for the title.
