Football Still on Delay?
What the hell? Are we still in "close your eyes time" here in Hawaii? I thought we were doing away with football games or any sports for that matter on delay broadcast. I was gonna go home a little early to catch the Miami-Pittsburgh game but when I checked the TV listings I was shocked to see it being shown at 8PM instead of live at 2:30.
What the hell is going on here? I mean come on! At least Monday Night Football will be shown live now (probably due to the move to ESPN) but this is the first NFL game of the year and you're gonna delay it? Pleez!

Yeah, I never understood this seeming "free channel means no live football shown" regarding their ________ Night Football-type shows except to speculate that oh, everyone'll have access to the show, because it's free and, so, even if most folks here in Hawaii know the score long before the game is aired, let's just still show it in the evening. Yeah, see? Doesn't make sense. I'm at the point that I really don't give a [fill in the blank] regarding what free TV does. They can have their sponsors.
