Congrats Hiro!

The Golden Globe nominations were announced today and Japanese American actor Masi Oka got a nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a TV role for his role as "Hiro" in thenew hit drama Heroes. Readers of this blog know that I've been a fan of this show since it first started and while I am surprised he got a nom, I'm certainly glad he did! Congratulations!

Rinko Kikuchi, a Japan native, also got a nom for Best Supporting Actress in a film for her role in Babel. I haven't seen the film myself but I hear she's amazing in it. Congrats!
