What The Hell? Who Came Up With This Picture?

According to the Chosun Ilbo, a brochure for a new taekwondo park in Jeolla-do is using the above picture for its promotion. What the hell? The uniform is totally wrong (looks like karate uniforms) and the belts are so wacked, don't even get me started on them! Who the hell approved this picture? It looks like they took no measures of accuracy whatsoever! No sense of respect for the discipline of the art in this wannabe Benneton ad.

As a former student of taekwondo (both as a kid and an adult) and as a general fan of the art, I'm totally disgusted by this photo. It makes me wanna throw up.
